Hoy, 1 de febrero Dookie cumple 17 años. Las palabras me sobran para expresar lo que este disco significó (y significa) para mi, no solo por la calidad de el tracklist que lo integra, sino porque soy fan de Green Day desde temprana edad y por qué no decir que si tuviera que ponerle un fondo musical a lo que es de mi vida hasta el momento, Basketcase, o When I come Around serían sin duda uno de ellos, por ahi Welcome to Paradise, o Burnout. (entre otros temas) Quienes gustamos de la banda nos sentimos muy cotentos de que esta joya siga aun vigente en la mente de muchos quienes tuviemos la suerte de ver a la banda en vivo tocar estos temas en vivo, y los llevamos siempre en el celular, el mp3, la computadora o en un simple tarareo. Aguante Green Day, que viva Dookie y que perdure siempre en nosotros y por qué no con el pasar del tiempo, en futuras generaciones.
